I'm Adam Stadius, a performance coach helping people communicate under pressure.  I'm originally from Durham in the North East and now live in Yorkshire.

My background is in actor training, having worked for 20 years in leading Drama Schools in the UK and worked with award winning  professionals.

My coaching now isn’t about theatre. It’s about behaviour, how you present yourself in rooms that matter.

I coach leaders and performers using proven techniques drawn from the stage to help people rehearse, refine, and deliver high-stakes communication with authenticity and authority.
